Once we’ve got all the key details confirmed and agreed, we then seek approval of the dual signed contract and take a deposit. Next, we order the windows and doors from our trusted suppliers. At this point we let the builder and customer know the lead times for all the products they have on order which helps us plan in when they can be installed, slotting nicely in with the rest of their build.

Our experienced fitters are then booked in and we let our customers know exactly when they can expect to meet them and how long they’ll be there for, allowing them to consider any accessibility requirements. Communicating with all parties is key at this point as we want to ensure we can complete our work with minimal disruption and utmost efficiency. We understand that building projects can be complex and we by no means would ever want to throw any unnecessary spanners in the works! This means other plans can be taken care of without worrying about us.

The products in these accompanying images are as follow;

• Grained White R9 (Residence Collection) Casement Windows. These are an excellent alternative to timber window and look fantastic. There are a number of different colour choices for the external and internal windows, as well as the hardware of the handles. These windows have become the on-trend choice for many as they add a beautiful, contemporary look for homes.
• White Aluminium Bi-Fold Doors are manufactured by ALUK. We use these particular doors as their quality is second-to-none while offering superb value for money. Their brochure can be found on our Bi-Fold Doors Section.

When all the windows and bi fold doors were installed on this project, we checked and tidied the working area as we do on any project. We then got in touch with the builder to let them know the windows and doors had all been installed to their build and so the customer could pop down and check they were happy with the finished job (which they were!). It was a wonderful new build project to be part of, and we were proud to play such a big part in the build with such brilliant products. The final result was stunning and we’re so pleased that the client was over the moon with their choices, the finished result and our service.
