A stunning project of x23 Roseview Timber Alternative Sliding Sash Windows is installed in the Ultimate range style, with slim and sleek mid rails in Grained White. A rated for its thermal efficiency, with a 1.4 u-value, it’ll keep homes warm throughout the year, potentially also saving on heating costs. While the heat stays inside, the noise will be kept out, the Ultimate Rose windows provide acoustic reduction, keeping the interior peaceful and quiet. They also comply with any new build or building regulations with their Part Q/PAS24/SBD certification.

We installed two sets of Timber Alternative Residence Collection French Doors also in Grained White at the back of the house with astragal bars, which complimented the look of the sliding sash windows with outstanding authenticity and amazing thermal performance. The best aspects of modern uPVC materials and an indistinguishable timber aesthetic offer the greatest timber alternative sliding sash solution. We also installed two ATLAS Aluminium lanterns, which completely opened up and let the light in for the dining area. All roof lanterns have solar control glass, which ensures the energy efficiency is maximised.
