Terms & Conditions: TP Improvements Flat Roof Light Competition

1. Promoter

This competition is promoted by TP Improvements in partnership with First Glass Roofs Ltd.

2. The Prize

One winner will receive an Aluminium Flat Roof Light, up to a maximum size of 2000mm x 1000mm. The prize is worth an estimates £1,500 including supply and fit. This varies depending on size and colour.

The roof light will be supplied by First Glass Roofs Ltd and fitted by TP Improvements.

The winner can choose from the following frame colours:

• Jet Black
• Anthracite Grey
  White

No cash alternative will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service.

3. Eligibility

This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

The installation address must be within TP Improvements’ standard service area. If the winner’s property is outside this area, TP Improvements reserves the right to offer an alternative arrangement or redraw the prize.

Employees, contractors, suppliers and immediate family members of TP Improvements and First Glass Roofs Ltd are not eligible to enter.

4. Installation Requirements

The prize includes supply and fitting of one qualifying aluminium flat roof light only.

Installation is subject to a suitability check by TP Improvements. The winner must have a suitable flat roof opening, structure and access available for the installation.

Any additional works required to make the property suitable for installation are not included in the prize. This may include, but is not limited to, structural alterations, roof preparation, making good, plastering, decorating, electrical works, scaffolding, access equipment, planning permission, building control fees or any other associated building works.

If the property is deemed unsuitable for installation, TP Improvements reserves the right to withdraw the prize or offer an alternative at its discretion.

5. How to Enter Online

To enter via Instagram, entrants must:

1. Like the competition post
2. Follow @tp_improvements
3. Follow @firstglassroofsltd
4. Share the competition post to their story

Only entries that complete all required steps will be counted.

Instagram profiles may need to be public at the time of the draw so the promoter can verify story shares.

6. How to Enter In Person

Entrants can also enter in person by visiting TP Improvements at the Sandown Homebuilding & Renovating Show in Esher on 27th and 28th June.

TP Improvements will be exhibiting on Stand S560.

In-person entries must be submitted during the event before the competition closes.

7. Competition Closing Date

The competition closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 28th June.

Entries received after this time will not be counted.

8. Winner Selection and Announcement

One winner will be selected at random from all valid online and in-person entries.

The winner will be announced on Monday 29th June on Instagram.

The winner will be contacted directly by TP Improvements. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, TP Improvements reserves the right to select another winner.

9. General Conditions

By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

TP Improvements reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who is found to have entered fraudulently, used multiple accounts, or breached these terms.

TP Improvements reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

10. Social Media Disclaimer

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or the Sandown Homebuilding & Renovating Show.

By entering, entrants release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from any responsibility relating to the competition.

11. Personal Data

Any personal data collected as part of this competition will be used solely for administering the competition, contacting the winner and arranging the prize.

Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Publicity

The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition, including photographs or social media content of the installation. Participation in publicity will be agreed with the winner in advance.
