R9 Alternative to Timber PVCu Windows – Fetcham

This new job was carried out in our local area, Fetcham. The client found us through recommendation, which is always appreciated being a local business in the area.
The client originally wanted hardwood windows but the price difference for choosing R9 windows became the better option after discussions on the varieties on this type of window for the customer. Tom spent a few appointments going through the options with the client and the end decision was formed by cost effectiveness and low maintenance of the R9 windows. These are still very new to the market and whilst looking exactly like timber, are made from PVCu. Thus, making them extremely competitive, style and price wise. Pictures of these can be viewed on our gallery in the ‘Replacement Windows’ page under R9 Alternative to Timber Windows, and also in the attached picture from the job carried out.
The work was carried in 2 days from start to end, this included installation of 4 R9 windows to start with, the client will be renovating further to their home and adding the remaining windows throughout the year.
Tom oversees the job from start to end giving a bespoke service to every client, the prices quoted are a lot more competitive in comparison to the larger firms. TP Improvements ensures a high quality service by visiting the job at the beginning and end to make sure it meets (or even exceeds) their customers requirements.

Replacement Windows in Leatherhead

Our client in Barnett Close Leatherhead was referred to us by his builder who had seen our work and realised that it was of a very high standard. The client had several problems with his windows; upstairs windows that didn’t lock properly and a downstairs bay window at the front of the house that was misting up.

The chosen option was White PVC Band A+ Energy rated windows with shootbolt locks that provide very high levels of security. As the client was also planning to refurbish his kitchen, the work needed to be completed without delay. We completed the work within 3 weeks of the initial survey visit and the installation itself took just 3 days.

The client was very happy with the work and with the quick response. You can see the Before and After images below.

Replacement Windows in South Holmwood

Our client in Warwick Road, South Holmwood came through a personal referral from my builder. Her existing windows did not lock and the fussy design and thick frames restricted light from entering the house.

We were able to offer an alternative bespoke design and style of window that would allow more light in. The installation took just two days to complete and the client was very happy with the result, calling specifically after the job was done to say thank you.

You can see how much more light can enter the house from the before and after shots below. Just drag the slider to see the difference.

Slimline Aluminium Windows for Loft Extension

Our client in Bookham had recently had recently installed a loft conversion and needed to maximise the amount of light coming into what was quite a shallow conversion. The solution was a window with a slim frame that would nevertheless match those in the remainder of the house. Our extensive range meant that options were available to the client in wood, PVC or aluminium. Aluminium was chosen and the installation took just four hours.

The client, who had found us through personal referral, was delighted with the work. Although similar windows were available through some of the larger companies, the fact that we were a local company, could do the job without delay and were much more competitive on price made our offer a clear winner.

Replacement Windows

Our client in Fetcham was installing a loft extension with two new windows. As the existing house windows would not match those used in the loft extension, and were anyway starting to show their age, the client decided to replace all windows in the house with the same style.

We were referred via a neighbour who had seen our work and we were able to offer the client a full range of new window designs and options that would not have been available form one of the larger companies. We quoted for both PVC and aluminium windows but the PVC windows matched the requirement better and were of a far higher quality than others they had seen.

The full replacement only took 3 days and we were able to start the job far more quickly than would have been the case with a larger company, where waiting times can be many weeks.

As a result, the replacement windows made the building weather tight so the builders could progress their work in the loft extension and not be held up.
